Healthcare transformation isn’t happening in isolation — it’s happening through connection.

On December 12, 2025, the Healthcare Reinvention Collaborative (HRC) is opening our monthly Impact Network Map Gathering to the wider community.

These sessions bring together purpose-driven individuals and organizations working to reimagine healthcare. Making visible the connections, collaborations, and innovations already taking shape across the system.

The first hour is dedicated to exploring the map: what has been developed since our last session, early insights we're beginning to see, and areas where we'd love your guidance. Whether this is your first look or you've been with us from the start, your perspective helps the map grow more useful and powerful.

The last 30 minutes are dedicated to Networking Conversations — short, energizing breakouts designed to foster genuine connections among members.

What are Networking Conversations?

• Participants are sent into breakout rooms of two to three, randomly selected by Zoom.

• Seven minutes allow for brief introductions. It is up to you to exchange contact information and follow up if you wish for a more extended conversation.

• The group returns and is quickly sent into breakout rooms again.

• We continue this until our time is up.
